This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through Local Landing Pages, operated by Patrick Internet Ltd. We want you to be satisfied with our services and aim to handle refund requests fairly and transparently.

1. Digital and professional services

Because our services often involve custom work, research, and delivery of digital assets, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis once work has commenced. If no work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to the exceptions below.

2. Subscriptions

Recurring subscriptions may be cancelled at any time to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or explicitly stated in your plan terms.

3. Non-refundable items

Refunds are generally not available for:

  • Services already delivered or substantially completed
  • Third-party fees or ad spend paid on your behalf
  • Promotional or discounted packages where stated as non-refundable

4. How to request a refund

Contact us with your order details and reason for the request. We will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

5. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in suspension of services.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed services.
